...Benni Hemm Hemm!

Just seen Benni Hemm Hemm for the first time last night supporting the amazing Meursault. What a cracking wee Icelandic/Edinburghic band (I say wee, the drummer was quite possibly the tallest guy there last night!). Just imagine Sigur Ros singing Belle and Sebastian and you get the picture, albeit a highly stereotyped one!

    Yeah thought he was good. Was something a wee bit different. Not sure it's something I'd go and see again mind you but worth buying the CD :-)

    Thought Meursault and SHMB were cracking as always and Benni Hemm Hemm were a nice surprise.
