...The Fusiliers!

This one is pretty new to me but I'm liking what I'm hearing! On my usual look around The Mill's website I came across this cracking wee band from Edinburgh.
The Fusiliers released their "We Are The Fusiliers EP" last year and gained a fair bit of critical acclaim...

"...reek of impending success" - The List
"...lust vocals, raucous guitars, and a chorus big enough to sink the Titanic" - Is This Music?

From what I can hear there are elements of The Killers and The Gaslight Anthem in their sound, though there's a rawness that sets them apart. This is most evident on standout track "Days" from their EP. Certainly a band worth keeping an eye on.
