Ten for 2010... The Ray Summers!

A while ago, I spotted a cracking wee band from Falkirk on twitter (@Kowalskiy for those into that kinda thing... and more importantly @theraysummers). My curiosity got the better of me and I checked out their MySpace. For anyone not familiar with The Ray Summers, you are missing out BIGTIME!

They released their acclaimed debut single "The Shepherd" through the talent-spotting-machine that is King Tuts Recordings in August. This was followed by the outstanding "Zagora Road", which starts off like classic Queen before quickly kicking into something reminiscent of The Zutons in their prime (minus the sax!). The bass-line will be lodged firmly in your napper all the way into 2010!
